The Why

Electric assist motors and bikes are expensive, and they’re clunky. Most require a complex mounting process, or customized parts for different bike models.

Being a bike lover and living in San Francisco, I wanted to find a better alternative. One that would be uncomplicated to produce and use, be affordable and be earth friendly.

The What

Pogo is portable. Weighing in only 6 pounds, and so small, it’s about the size of a water bottle. And with a single detachable mounting point, Pogo can be attached in seconds and nests with its controller to travel with you when you leave your bike, eliminating the risk of theft.

Pogo is powerful. A brushless motor and compact battery is all contained in a single unit making sure the urban commuter is able to get around fast. And with an onboard LiPo battery, and the ability to recharge with a USB cable while at work, riders are able to get where they want to be on time, and with less effort.

Pogo empowers the urban commuter to go faster, with less strain on themselves and their wallet.
